摘 要:利用传统的等效磁路法对输出功率为2 MW无齿轮传动直驱永磁同步发电机进行了设计,并用有限元法进行分析,以对设计进行验证。分析了电机结构对运行特性的影响,如齿槽转矩和输出电压,得出了一些对设计有指导作用的结论。 关键词:直驱;低速;永磁发电机;永磁同步电机;设计
Abstract: Finite element method(FEM)is a powerful tool to study and design permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG).In this paper,designed the direct-driven PMSG of 2MW output power by conventional magnetic equivalent circuit method and analyzed by finite element method for verification of design.It analyzed the influence of construction on performance characteristics such as cogging torque and output voltages,drawm some valuable conclusions to guide the design of PMSG.
